Blast Effect - Need SERIOUS HELP

under the GS wiki i tried to view "how to do a blast effect" by tshirtbooth. the "watch video" button does not work. clicking "download game" just takes me to the arcade, and i dont want that! how do i watch this video, and how do i get the source?! PLEASE HEOOLP MEEA!
