Is GS server down? Can't Publish.

Also GS crashes when trying to publish. Shuts down?
Somebody mentioned something similar under Bugs....
But of course nobody bothered to answer.

    Also, once I logged in and I select which game to publish GS quits???

    it's been annoying me all day. errors, crashes or just sitting on 'uploading'. Seems to be some sort of publishing issue as I had no problem yesterday publishing the exact same games.

    Yes, I agree.
    All this sudden it goes through the whole publishing process and when its about to Sign...
    this message pops up:
    The file couldn't be opened because it
    isn't in the correct format.
    The file might be corrupted, truncated, or in an unexpected format.

    I've been having issues as well, the server must be down or on the fritz or something.

    Darn, I thought it would work for me as well now- but it quit unexpectedly in the midst of uploading :-(
