Hacked how? someone broke in your network and had access to your computer?
Or do you mean hacked your iPhone game and got it for free?
If you are talking about hacked iPhone games, there's nothing you can do to prevent it. They weren't going to pay for it anyway, so I wouldn't sweat it.
in native iphone apps i install flurry class that make varius type of online stats about numbers of my application. In this way i can see by itunes connect the number of download and with flurry the effective number of people that are using my application. I can't do nothing, but i can see how may people have download for free my apps.
