We are unable to activate your Apple Developer Program....

Hello GS Members (Sous-Chef's),
I'm getting this error when i bought the Apple Developer Program for IOS. I Payed apple with my moms credit card so my mums details was on it but i registered my The apple developer account as my real name because I'm a 14 years old developer. so i called the apple developers in USA (i live in holland) but I'm persian. they send me a email that i need to fax The IDentity Verification FORM i sended it with my moms passport but they said that is not enough to register the apple developer program. so what do i need to add to the fax? on the page it says "fax along with a notarized or solicitor certified photocopy of your government issued photo identification (pass port drivers license etc)????????? i sended it with my moms passport ? please help me guys i want to publish my 14 created HD Game graphic games build all in game salad.

Sounds like you need to have some ID, you need to be 18. I would talk to your mother and ask her to get the apple dev license in your behalf. In her name without you.

yeah the name you use on the dev account has to be the EXACT name of the name on the dev account. The apple dev program is a legal contract.

And the stuff its asking you to send in isnt for your mom, its for you, cause you put your name on the account. You'll have to get a copy of your government id, ect. Also like it says it has to be legal notarized by someone with the authority to do so in your area. They wont except anything thats not notarized

ok thx the women in apple developer when i called said it doesn't madder what year you are. just send your id (passport picture to us) so I'm going to do that and if i can't do that how could i change my name in the apple developer account?
