What is wrong with the Viewer?

I can never get it to load to the end it Restarts & I the Viewer just doesn't work!

    same here waiting 5 mins for game to load then doesn't close everything down open again load again still doesn't has a mind of its own

    I know we need to have this fixed I cant even test anymore./:
