Need rename an app - lawyers contact me

How can i change my app name? just send a new version?

    i think you have to upload it as a new app. My question is are you able to remove an app once it's been put on the app store? Anyone with experience on this?

    @alien yes be deselcting all regions of sale it will remove it from the appstore

    I'm submiting a new renamed. It have the same name of a TV show in my country, Brazil.

    not the TV Show name, just a section ( like A day in the Park)...
