Just Tested On 3g(really bad)

so i made a testflight build just installed it onto a 3g iphone
10s loading times its as choppy as the ocean,blurry images
does this pretty much guarantee i need to make my game arm7

    Well the images shouldn't be blurry, so something is wrong there.

    GS seems to run a bit slow on the 3G device, but if you optimize enough it should run respectively well on a 3G.

    What TSB said, but you should try to stick to power of 2 textures, it's better for memory management.

    yeah i think ive tried too hard to optimise and just gone below the double size on some images,so that can be sorted believe me ive have gone to extraordinary lengths to optimise my game but nothing else i can do it skips really bad and loading times are about 10 sec for the game to start i think i'll get so many complaints about loading times and choppy play its just not worth it,unless i pay to get my game converted to corona where the memory management is better. im not going to rule that out just yet

    also if your using r.i. make sure your images are even when divided by 4

    yeah gone through all that ,ive got darrens project optimiser and that tells you if you have odd numbered images all fine,ive changed all backgrounds to jpgs,with less than half the size of the pngs,changing the xml file that was a great saving,ive unlocked any image that are not on the scene the opacity is 0 when the camera moves toward changes to 1,on all the background i have small white boxes loading the images instead of the actual image being there,ive changed my .ogg audio to .caf which uses less ram ,ive gone through all images to make them as small as possible,but trying to keep the double size thing going.have i missed anything else,removed most of my parallax scrolling images i may even remove complete then i can add the ground to the background image so id be loosing about 4 or 5 actors through removing the parallax,not sure what else

    so at the mo ive got my loading down to 4.5 sec to start game with around 47mb ram whereas before it was 8sec to start the game and about 58mb so the relentless hours on the computer have payed off to a certain degree and this is for the iphone 4,
