Changed my splash screen again

Hi, here's my changed splash screen for your interest. I decided that the other one wasn't modern enough, and couldn't be easily adapted for portrait mode either. Once again, there's a lag between the video and sound. (Still no definitive answer from shinywhitebox why this is happening, ah well...):
