I have currently set up the following Social sites for my soon to be put out apps...

I have yet to make a web site.

I was just wondering what everyones opinions are on these forms of communication, are they needed and are they important?

What are best websites people have seen from indie game developers and pro companies ???

I wouldn't, co.cc looks cheap in my opinion and Tumblr's a great website, no need to hide the url.

Just a heads up on the website, I don't know what your skills are with website building, but if they are anything like mine you should try out http://imcreator.com/ . It's drag and drop with some really nice templates and no advertising on them.
