Changing Velocity while constrained to the mouse?

So I have this box constrained to the mouse's x and y position. I created a rule so when the mouse button is down, the velocity changes towards 90 degrees with a speed of 300. Otherwise change velocity to 0. When I previewed this, for some reason, the velocity did not change when I held down the mouse button. Is this because the actor is constrained to the Mouse's x and y position? How can I fix this? Is there a alt way?
Thank is advance
Samer

Do you mean you're changing the rotation towards 90 degrees with a speed of 300?

And when constrained to mouse X and Y there will be no velocity

yeah, there is no velocity when its on preview

There is no velocity because your box is constrained to the mouse, so there is no opportunity for the box to move. Here's what you do. Create a rule that says: "When Touch is Pressed" Change Velocity toward 90 degrees at a speed of 300. In the otherwise box, put the constrain rules.

SVN, thank you for the reply. However your suggestion did not work either. When I hit preview, the box remains constrained to the mouse.
