Tshirtbooth's coin game on youtube Question!

I went through Tshirtbooth's coin game on youtube and am making a similar game. Great learning experience I must say! My question is, I am trying to figure out how to constrain the platform so that you can't shoot it off the screen. I have tried different things but nothing seems to work. I'm too new I guess!

    Holy Cow! Thank you a billion times. I would have never figured that out. I love how you say, "it's so simple" You haven't met my brain.

    I am trying to plug the math in but my paddle is already constrained in the X position to a custom attribute called "slider". There is a touch area below the paddle that moves the paddle. I have been plugging in your numbers in different areas but I don't have it right yet. Any suggestions on where to plug it in?

    Now the paddle does not move at all. I am sorry! I know your time is valuable. Any other ideas are appreciated but you don't need to troubleshoot with me!

    I got it plugged in to all 3 stages and it works!! I even accounted for the branch getting smaller. I am doing my happy dance now!! I could have never done that on my own, thanks a million!!
