Will it be ok if i make an iphone app with Game Salad tutorials?

Using the game salad icon and the 'Gendai Games' icon ?

I had to rename my app "GameSalad Devices" to iDevices. I also had to remove the GS logo from the apps logo.
For copyright reasons.

Only with official permission can you do this.
