How do you become a Sous-Chef?

I was just wondering how do you become a Sous-Chef and whats the difference between a member and a Sous-Chef?

Sous-Chefs were around during the pre-publishing Beta Testing. Basically just people who have helped out in various roles on the forums & wiki. I was wondering if they were gonna bring us back. The few. The proud. The Sous-Chefs!

To be honest, it's just a nice title nowadays. Before the official release, a few 'helpful' people on the forums would get advance notice of new features from the GS guys and access to the viewer before anyone else.

Nowadays they never write, they never call, they treat this place like a hotel etc etc

So don't sweat it - it's not that important!
