Iphone licence

is the 199 dollars worth it or should i just get the 99 dollar one. If i do get the 99 dollar one is it possible to upgrade later?

    the iphone licence is 99$ or 1999$ (not 199$).
    the pro is worth it if you are a company and if you want to make a serious job out of this.
    Surely GS will make the pro version more worth it when it goes out of beta.
