need help!!!

I'm making a project about a rocket. I would like to give it a nice movement. Something like charge and launch the rocket and then make the rocket follow the enemy and blow them. Please if somebody can help me I will appreciate. Thanks!!

    thanks for answer me so fast. Well I want to charge the rocket, then manage the rocket to follow the enemy and blow it.
