A Question! Please Answer...

I Am new here To GameSalad and i am trying to publish My First Game, And when it ask me "Where do u want to save the .app file" I Choose a place then, It says "ensure that you have the latest iPhone SDK", Does this mean that i must have the XCode installed on My Mac OS X????
Hope i get a fast answer...

    Thaks Bro, Should i download The XCode 4.2 SDK 3 Or What????
