how to detect is 2 hit object is hitting ...

Hello!
Anyone know how to detect is 2 hit instead is one hit when:
Each bullet is a separated object that when hit -1hp from the target!
But when 2 bullet hitting the target at the same time i only get it to count as -1 hp instead of -2...
Any idea? Thanks!
