Hi,
I decided that I'm not going to do a joystick for my game because it's too hard to do. What other things can I do for controlling movement, and now shooting and aiming. Right now i'm using the arrow keys and a touch to shoot but thats not going to work now. Any suggestions?

Thanks

    Accelerometer, touch to move.

There is also a demo on GS that shows how to do joysticks

I think I'm going to do touch to move, but now what could I do for shooting and how would I make touch to move.

Photics did this in his game BOT. For shooting, the user had touch behind the player.
Needless to say he got a lot of crap for doing to it way and people had him change it.

One successful game that comes to mind is Diablo. They use touch to move and attack buy right clicking or other means of buttons.

So I'd say to have a "Shoot" button.
And then, a really cool way to have the user become immersed into your game is too allow them to move and "save" the position of the button. This allows them play the game how it was meant to be play, but in their own way.
The button moving thing, I got from Darren over at DeepBlue watching one of his videos.

    Cheers

Thanks. I like that idea, but there is one problem. My game is on a side angle and there needs to a way that you can aim. Like be able to point the gun wherever you want.

Then what about a click to shoot, and a slider for movement?
    Dual thumb action.
