Waiting for review.... how long is it takin?

I wake up every morning, excitedly boot up the machine and check in to my account to read -

Waiting for review.

It now been with apple for 7 days.
How long is taking these days?

    Mine have all been about 3 days at the moment for iPhone or iPad.

    They usually take from 2 to 14 days.
    Every year after christmas they sometimes manage to do it overnight! :P The further away from christmas the worst it gets. At least that is what I have been noticing. (I don't know why this happens :P)

    Maybe they just have one employee testing our apps.

    And they increase it to 2 over Christmas to keep up with demand!

    ahah, I think that they try to publish all application in time fo christmas so that they are quite free after it and can keep up with the application approval.

    But when you see your app go live across all the app stores it's like christmas morning no matter what month it is :)

    The iTunes Connect App notifies me of status changes with my apps.

    As for how long it takes for an app to be approved, Apple posts that information on their website... http://developer.apple.com/news/ ...little box on the right.
