How Much Memory Can A iDevice Handle At One Time?

Hey Everyone,
In the process of helping someone with a massive game, wondering the memory limit on the device. Curious of the memory limit for iDevices. If I am correct:

iPhone: 80MB
iPad: 120MB
iPad2: ?
Mac:?

Please Help,

    anything under iphone 4 will crash around 50ish. On Iphone 4, 80 is when you get up there but your usually good till over 100. Ipad not sure, and mac i wouldn't even worry about since the computer can handle a lot

    Could this explain why my app won't work for ipod touch as it boots at 36mb of RAM? Although apple still let ipod touch owners download it!!!
