Control actor2 orbit around actor1

I am working on a gravity Lunar lander style game and am trying to create a ship thruster effect as a secondary actor which would be attached(constrained) to the main Player actor and should follow the rotation of the Player ship.

I found Tshirtbooth's tut which helps and is pretty much what I am trying to accomplish.


However, I would like the secondary actor to simply follow relative to the rotation of the Player ship and keyboard (left/right) rotation controls.
