Officially GameSalad is not setup for lion but it is very close and coming. Some have had luck with running it though so you should be fine. I hope to upgrade soon.
Hm, I was about to spend my last Buck on Lion but perhaps I wait a bit then? I would like to bring Shell Ops and Kung Fu Finger 2 to the app store soon.
Ow bummer! I really want to play. Will it work on a PowerBook g4? Perhaps I will install it on that old beasty of mine
I've been running GS on 3 different macs with lion for over a month. No issues at all.
The only thing that I use as a regular workflow item that operates differently is 'Preview' (not the preview button in GS, the mac system app). As it autosaves things it does make for some slight changes for resizing graphics down, make a duplicate copy first then resize. Big advantage though is that it can export images in bulk to different formats and sizes.

I have a weird bug in lion GM that it is sometimes hard to use the lunchpad, anyone have the same problem?

Who knows, but I'm guessing it will only work on Mac computers.
