    my terms and conditions specify that you can not RESELL my artwork. The spinning coin was created by me...

    Please remove this offer or change the artwork in the game to your own if you wish to resell.

    if he sells your graphics as his own and to many people that would be a problem. That would be reselling.

    But he is selling it as part of his project to only one person.
    ....so I can't use any of your graphics in any of my projects that I make to sell all rights to my clients?

    Nope you cant use any of those graphics in projects your selling, cause you would be selling them the artwork too.

    Essentially, two people would have the spinning coins and money would have exchanged hands...

    and I was not involved.

    I suppose I could let it slide this once but its not fair that two people would have my product, one without paying the owner for it.

    wow ...ok , I guess I won't be using any of your graphics then.

    I thought reselling meant that I can't resell your graphic as my own (like I'm the one that made them).

    thats not a uncommon thing at all. Read the license agreements every time you buy graphics most of them are like that. When you use it in a commercial app the person who buys the app gets the game not the graphics. Thats why its different when your selling the actual projects. Because your selling all assets with it.

    Yeah I actually looked into selling the rights to a game I made and I made sure to contact anyone who did art for it to see if they were ok. In my case they were but it was also custom art. stock art and graphics packs will likely always have those rules attached because you cannot sell the rights to the art since its not yours but if you are including it in someones project then you have granted someone else the right to use it without paying for it. and then whats to stop you from including it in another persons project etc… so that why its there and Ian is not trying to be a prick by no means. He just offers some stuff here at great prices and has to protect his work. Like any other Intellectually property, copyrights, trademarks etc… if you don't try to protect them you can loose them when it becomes a legal matter.

    I hate to burst your bubble man but this would not at all be difficult to create from scratch. IMHO Its not really even template worthy, because in reality, since you cannot include the art thats all it is. not trying to be a prick. Just saying.

    The only art that can't be used is the coin, thats it.

    i think your neglecting the fact that

    - Memory to see which ball is set
    - All 1 Scene
    - Game Sounds
    - Game Art
    - SO MUCH CODE
    - Physics
    - Timer
    - This is only being sold to 1 person not anyone else ALL RIGHTS
    - Comes with icon
    - Etc

    For the price of only 40 , its a steal
