Updating my app

I know this question has been asked many times (because I've been searching the forums) but I haven't been able to find answers--so: How do I update my app? I have set up 1.1 ready to upload in iTunes--that's all set--but what do I do for the GS side of things? Is the ONLY thing I change the version number? Do I use the same provisioning profile, or make a new one?

    yes you use the same prov profile and everything. Just MAKE SURE the version number you put in gamesalad matches the one in itunesconnect or it'll be rejected

    Can you still update an app if you deleted the original provisioning profile? I tried to create a new one but it's telling me I can't use the same bundle identifier since its already been used.
