how do i do a "pong pattle"type multi touch?

Iam working on a two player game but i cant figure out how to do multi touch.So i need something like a pong pattle type multi touch.So each player can make their own diffrient moves.I can get the first player to move but i cant for the second.So how would i be able to do that?
