after publishing help?

Okay, I just published my first app and it's waiting for review. Is there anything I need to do now to get my money for it or anything that I might have missed like. Confirming my bank account or something like that?

    If it went through and is waiting for review, all you have to do now is sit back and wait. And by sit back and wait, I mean get started on your second game!

    And start pushing it on websites - make a video - send out a press release (I use prmac.com - $20 a shot!) let the people (and by people I mean lovely forum members) on Toucharcade know!
