How Does Web Preview Work?

Is it used to see how your game will ultimately look? Because then I'm having issues. My normal preview works fine, but the web preview seems like it is zoomed in on a certain area. What's going on?

    I only check my game in the normal preview window and it works fine.The web preview size is large i think.But the web preview is not working for me since the update.
