Question- Do you want to zoom the picture, or zoom a scene? It's different.
If you want to zoom a picture you change the self size width and self size height of the actor.
If you want to zoom with the camera, you change the camera size and width within an instance of an actor in the scene.
both of the above can be done with change attributes for a 'cut in', or interpolates for a timed change which gives a smooth 'pull in'.
a search will find more info on camera controls.
hope this helps.
