Any Good Texture Creating Software?

I am looking for a software that will allow me to easily create textures (grass,etc) Anyone know a good one?

The only problem there is that all textures are either for non-commercial use or they are very expensive.

Try looking up Photoshop patterns. If you don't have PS, you can dl a trial or get the lite version. I've found a combination of photoshop patterns and brushes (like strands of grass) will work nicely.

Looks like a nice site, but unfortunately, I am trying to spend the least amount of money possible, and I would have to buy these. But I will definitely keep that site in mind when I need new textures.

you don't buy those that are on the site (like the rock texture) you can use them as they are. But to make your own you would have to buy that software.
