How much will it cost me?

Hey,
I am thinking of buying a Mac Mini just for Gamesalad and developing.
I have 2 questions:

1. I understand that Gamesalad is free but don’t you need the 'Gamesalad Viewer' to test, so it actually $499 for a licence?

2. Can you have a Facebook link in the game so that you can post your achievements?

Actually the viewer isn't free. Because you have to have the IOS developer license. so technically altogether, you will be paying 99$ to publish and test your games, and the money for a mac.

several people here do make plenty to support a full time income. You will at the very least be out $99 to test and publish. thats the minimum if you want links and all of the other cool pro features then you will be out another $499 but you most certainly do not need pro to make a good game. there have been great selling games that where not made under a pro license.

And there is a workaround if you have pro to post to face book when achievements are met just nothing like a score where the value may be different for each user.
