hi all,

looking at the licenses of the audio files at freesound.org, it seems that we can use those files in our games. In that case , how do we give credit? does anyone else use sound files from there?

I use them, and intend on publishing with credits for use. I think the credits required are defined in the license. There are a few different licenses on the site so I would check on a sample by sample basis.
