Actors and scenes - grouping, sorting, cloning?

I try to make a game (obviously) and I am a bit confused.

I have scenes and I have actors. That is clear.
But why do I see all my actors from all my scenes if I go to edit one particular scene? Is there a function to only show those actors, which belong into that scene?

Also how can I add more images into one scene without adding many actors one by one?
My actors in one scene are all the same just their appearance differ, so can I copy or clone an actor somehow, so I don't need to set everything every time, but only change the image?

For the copy part. Point at the actor and I think it was press control+option keys

If you set all the actors rules in the editor (left hand side) then you will be editing its prototype, therefore, everytime you drag one onto the scene its already using all the rules so no need to go in and manually do them again. What you also have is groups, if you go to 'home' look at all your actors from there, you can create a new tag (lets say you call it enemies), drag all your appropriate actors into there. This is handy when you are doing overlapping and colliding rules as rather than have to do every actor individually and then set its rules you can just say when actor x overlaps or collides with actor tag 'enemies' do blah blah blah

    Hm...
I found that prototype thing, but I don't understand, how it works. The wiki is also not really helpful.

There were talkings about instances too, but I don't know, what that means.

    What I want to do:

I want a scene, where 6 pictures should fade into eachother telling a story.

I managed the fade out part. So it should look like this:

    Picture 1 on screen
    - fades out
Picture 2 below it is on screen
    - fades our
Picture 3 below it is on screen
    -fades out
    etc.

Now I made a scene and added the 6 pictures (6 actors) and I did the fade out for the first picture, but I don't want to do it for all separately.

Do I understand it right that if I set the first picture to a prototype, every other picture will get the fade out?

And how do I delete an actor from the scene without deleting the actor from the list itself?
