icon for a game

Hi everybody !!
i will publish my first game soon, but i dont know how to put my personnal icon (57*57/114*114,72*72) on my gamesalad game ??

When i launch the publish assistant of gamesalad, it ask me a logo 512*512 but not the others ?
how can i do ? thanks.

    ok but, why when i finish to publish my game with gamesalad and i look on the package off my game.app, on the finder, the icon.png and icon@2x.png are transparent (no pixels) ????
