Territory setting in app store?

My first game is still waiting to be reviewed, but I've noticed that when I login to itunes connect and check on it -
In the Version Summary tab, the territory is set to Uzbekistan! I've tried changing the territory and clicking 'DONE', but when I go back into Version Summary its back to territory: Uzbekistan again.
Why would this be, and what does this mean (if anything)?
Does it mean my game will only be for sale in Uzbekistan when it gets through the review process!?

My app is now 'Processing for App Store' - but the territory setting now says Belarus! Bizarre!!!
