Paused music problem in 0.9.6 release

It is proclaimed that Paused music no longer automatically plays when an app resumes playing after hibernation.
I had the problem when my GS game played in iPhones. I have tried it now with 0.9.6 Creator, but the problem still remains!
Does anyone know what I can do to prevent Paused music from playing after game has been resumed in iPhone?

    Still no answer for a week... I suppose that no one knows.

    Its a known bug in this release, which GS are fixing for the next release as they told me. I had the opposite problem, my music only started playing when I pause the game then unpaused it. You could try putting a rule at the start of your scene "play music" or what I did was at the start of my scene put a rule "pause game" followed by "unpause game" which fixed my bug.
