Anyone from UK?

I am stuck and I can't submit my app. How do you fill in a UK Tax and Banking in iTunes connect?
The only options in iTunes connect is U.S, Australia and Canada. But how do you find or fill in a UK tax contract?

Don't no not from there but I like how you get ignored. You might want to create a different user name and say your new then maybe then you will get an answer. Haha

All I need to know is HOW do find a UNITED KINGDOM, GREAT BRITAIN (UK, GB) Tax form/contract in iTunes connect?

I have searched and can't find this info anywhere. So thought I might as well ask here on the forums as I am sure there are English people who use Gamesalad and want to make some money.

The ONLY options available are U.S, Australia and Canada. but what about the rest of the world?

Can SOMEONE please help

When i signed up im pretty sure i just did the American one as Apple is based in the US you need to agree to there tax stuff. Ours in the UK doesnt come into it.

It just choose US, i think.
Just pick US and continue:)

Yeah, I'm from the UK.

All you need to do is fill in the US one.

If you make money from game sales you will be responsible for declaring it to the UK taxman as extra taxable income.
