Can't Change Game Icon

All of my games are using the default game salad icon instead of the one i set as the primary or the one i set while publishing the game.
This is fine for iPhone because I can just set it on apple's site. But for HTML5 it shows up as the game salad logo instead..
Where am I not changing it that I should be...?
