Need Ghost Animation, will paypal you

Hey I need an artist to create a ghost for an endless runner game. The character will be chasing after him so what I need is A} For the ghost to have an animation that looks like he is flying away and B} An animation for the ghost to "summon" actors below him. It absolutely must fit this style found here:

    Well you should not be looking anything less then 50 bucks.Prices can go higher also.
    If you need this thing really to look like an animation.

    Its a looped animation. I would not pay 50 if the world was ending. Im not ignorant to shelling out for a job well done, but there are a ton of outlets to get a quality job done at a better price point that 50.

    Just a tip, ask the person to do it in white and when you get it change the alpha to .5 or something. Also, you can make it so the alpha changes as he flies away.

    I've tried reaching the guy that does graphic-buffet twice now unanswered so forget that I will go with someone else.

    Sorry I haven't responded yet, it's holiday time so I have been in and out.

    But I can definitely say that I would not be $10...

    I don't get out of bed for anything less than $50 (simple static image) as a rule.
