Hey everyone,
My business partner and I are very excited to announce we are now offering custom Voice Over tracks to the GameSalad community! Because we are just starting to offer this service, we don't have a portfolio built up. Therefore, we created a couple of demos to give you an idea of what we sound like and give you an idea as to what you can have us do. Forgive the fact that we are only talking about our company, but we thought that this would be a great way to demonstrate our vocal talents. Here are our demo videos.
Because we are somewhat new to this, our rates will start off very affordable and competitive to other rates we have seen. Here's our price sheet.
NOTE: Rates our based on a single purchase with up to 3 re-reads if necessary. All rates are able to be combined. Please email us at sales@pdlproductions.com if you have any more pricing questions.
Voice Over Rates
15 Seconds (min) - $20.00
30 Seconds - $30.00
60 Seconds - $50.00
90 Seconds - $70.00
120 Seconds - $90.00
Narration Rates
3-5 Minutes - $150.00
5-10 Minutes - $260.00
What's Included In The Price
• The time needed to record your track in our studio.
• The time required to edit your track with our professional software to give you the best quality track.
• As stated above, up to three re-reads if necessary.
Using a voice over artist in your apps's marketing campaign can help it succeed. We can do simple phrases in your games to reading your app description off the App Store to voice over's in your app trailers. Please note background music is not included with the price, but if necessary, we can compose a simple track, or implement your game soundtrack into the voice over for an additional fee treated separately from the recording rate. As an extra incentive, the first two people to use our voice over services will receive HALF OFF the regular price! We will attempt to complete your order within one business day.

But, I think this service is very useful, if you have the money (or get to be one of the first two people) and are in need of someone to do a trailer but I see this more as a service for utility apps to show their features rather than game apps where you can watch them in the trailer.
And BTW, do you live in the South?

Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad you think the service is useful. Regarding the male voice, yes that is me...and no offense taken. Since Terry handled the "exciting" portion, I figured I would go for a more solemn style just to provide diversity.
About the Narration Rates, we realize they are still expensive, but, they are substantially lower than our competitors. However, because they are still high, we are willing to negotiate the Narration rates with anyone who contacts us.
And yes, I do live in the South. Hopefully it is not that obvious, but I guess my username (osucowboy) didn't keep it a secret
