Is 512mB of RAM enough to run GameSalad?

Just buying a mac and wanted to know if 512mB was enough to run GameSalad?

2gigs min IMO

MUST be an intel mac and I think it must have snow leopard

For a half year I'm working on Mac Mini (1.66 core due, 2 gb ram). And in some places GS works pretty bad. Think will buy a MacBook Pro in next month.

EDIT: I guess not if you want a really cheap mac go on ebay or craigslist to find one that works but is cheap

Mac Mini's are the cheapest mac. $699 i believe new, but you can get them on ebay for around $250-350.

When GS crashes (which is quite often now that there are big lists of rules in my game)) on my macbook it's never 'cos I'm out of RAM (4gb) but the processor -2.13 ghz duo - is always maxed out.

I'm guessing macs with better processors will fare better?
