Troubles with Exporting

I went on vacation with my family this month. I didn't bring my computer, so I put my project in Dropbox. On my cousins'computer, I installed Dropbox and GS. Then, I took my project file out of Dropbox and put it on the Desktop. When I double-click the file, the computer says it doesn't have the necessary program to open the file, even though I have GS 0.9.6. What am I doing wrong, and what do I need to do right?
