App size is 31mb , but after zip its 15 mb?

Hey all ,
i just made an ad-hoc build for 'Spin The Nut' , the final build is 31mb ,
i zipped it and now its only 15mb , what will be the final size in the app store? 30? 15?
i hope 15 cause i really want it to be under 20mb

After you upload to Apple the size might increase by a bit. Maybe 300kb or something. But that's ok in your case.
