Spiral Gyro Apps is no more.... (or never will be...)

Hi, for anyone's interest:
Some might have noticed in some of my game progression vids that I've been using the name Spiral Gyro Apps. I fully intended to start a limited company nearer the time of when I released my first app (soon now, a couple of months at the latest).
But I've been rationalising my personal situation: I'm on the way to getting some of my 120+ music tracks accepted by a music library company - written under my name; I might even get some of my albums back onto the iTunes store (via CDBaby) and no longer use Spider Griffin, but my real name also; and I hope that eventually one of my novels (or all!! I can only hope...) will be professionally published some day, my writing name also my real name.
So it makes sense to lump these creative threads together; this includes getting a website up and running again (hopefully ready in a couple of months time too) under - you've guessed it ;-) - my real name.
I'll still have a splash screen - David Griffin Apps - although won't register this at Companies House (UK); but become a sole trader for any royalties + future app payments under my real name. Somehow simplifies it, I think. Plus there's a good possibility that one of the "creative threads" would lead someone to another of mine.
All makes sense, do you think?
Here's my latest, revised splash screen now, if you'd like to take a look:
Any comments or suggestions about the splash/advice/info about sole trader in the UK that I should be aware of would be much appreciated, thanks.
I hope it all comes together before the end of the year; I'll plough on, as they say.
:-)

You'd also have scope for a pretty good logo
Best of luck, sir!

OK, kipper, sounds intriguing.... I'll keep an eye out for it. (I don't owe you any money, do I? ;-)

I know it's your brand but remember being a 13 yr old waiting for Street Fighter to load...
Also, my future apps aren't particularly "high-energy", i.e a puzzle game; an interactive multimedia app; a point and click adventure; a top down shoot-em-up. OK, the last one will have more than a relaxing time to it, but still, I think it's not over-long even for that. It seems only about half as long as it actually is - well, I think so!
Appreciate your point though!
