In any physics-based game I have ever seen, everything is placed as precisely as the blocks at Machu Picchu. I find it rather difficult to place them as precisely. Anyone got any tips?
2). edit the instance x/y positions manually in the actor attributes pane.
3). add rules that position them
Bring on snap to grid. This has added hours to my work on projects over the last 6 months and I would rather have snap to grid than any other feature in the next update.
You may well have noticed in a lot of programs that when you place things, that as you release the object it moves to some underlying gridded position. This grid can often be set up in preferences to placement is very easy and exact when aligning objects.
