AL problem - "There is no....."

Hi guys, just trying to publish my most recent game however coming across a issue which i can't seem to find a fix to! i've searched the Developer forums, and a few people seem to be coming across this error, however the only fix someone found was to downgrade from Lion back to SnowLepard. i'm not in the position to do this, and hoping someone around here might know a fix for this.

When i'm going through the steps in Application Loader, i get up to the part where you've selected your .zip file, and then it tells you if theres any problems with it / errors. The error i keep getting when i get to this stage in Application Loader is:
"There is no embedded Java executable. Please reinstall the Xcode developer tools."

I'm currently using OSX Lion, and using Xcode 4.2, however when trying to submit the app with 4.1, i get another similar error, again telling me to reinstall the Xcode developer tools.

I followed what it told me, and i have reinstalled Xcode 4.2 numerous times, however every time i get to this step i am presented with this error.

if anyone knows any ways to get around / fix this it would be fantastic!

Thanks for your time/ help! :)
-Josh

    Hey Josh,
You need the most recent developer tools. 4.2.1 has been released.

woo thank you for your speedy reply!

Okay, i'll head on over to the dev center now, thank you so much!

    - Josh :)

EDIT: - just checked the dev center and i can only see downloads for Xcode 4.2, not 4.2.1, where abouts is the 4.2.1 download link?

Get the download for the new Lion release, and stay away from the beta. Just my advice, because you will have issues uploading with a beta version because Application Loader won't upload when it's a beta version. If you aren't going to be beta testing XCode, there really is no reason to install it, especially when it is not upload friendly. You will be better off staying with the current live version.

XCode 4.1.1 is the current public release for Lion, and I suggest using that if you are going to be uploading apps in the immediate future. You can get it through the Mac App Store.
