how to make actor spin in fix position?

hi guys,how to make something like a spinning rock in a fix position?i tried to drag in rotate behaviour but still couldnt see it spin...help pls guys

    Rotate starts at speed 90, if you wanna see some major spin set the speed to like 900 =)

    Play with the speed. It gives A LOT of control over how fast it spins.. Try setting number higher.

    hi,thanks for the reply!tried that and noticed that the actor was spinning actually ,but the image for the actor juz not seem to be spinning...

    hrmm... they work together, I don't think the 'actor' can spin without the image spinning..

    Is it just a round rock? You sure it's not spinning?

    Try deleting the actor instance & trying again... Never heard of that.

    now i can make it spin with the image,only when giving the rock density 1,fixed rotation,and movable,but with the gravity set to 0.but when i increase gravity,the rock will fall down.
    when i set rock density to 0,it juz wont spin with image..

    oh ya...it is a rectangle shape image

    ahh so you have gravity on... that's the difference maker.

    I would try applying acceleration upwards. Play with the numbers, but that's the only way you'll be able to keep it from falling.

    Try constraining it's y attribute (position). That should also counteract gravity

    thanks mulcahy!!i constrain both the x n y position so it doesnt move,while still able to rotate now!thanks alot!
