Graphics get distorted when tested on Ipod.

Hey,

So I've finished my newest game but when I export it and test it on my ipod half of the images are all distorted. I've tried to fix this but since It look perfectly fine in the gs application it's kind of difficult... Any advice?

    Does it have something to do with resolution Independence? It's currently unchecked but I was playing around with it earlier in development. Do I have to reimport the images after I uncheck it?
