Looking for part-time game programmers/designers

I'm new in game salad.

I'm looking for a part-time programmers/designers for a game project. I would like to know the acceptable payment for a small-mid size project. I don't want to pay too low or too high, just right $ for this project, and maybe a bonus for an excellent work.

- project for iPhone and HTML5 output.

This is a part-time job, I will not check your hours spent on a project. I need results, meaning you can work 2 hours a day or 20 hours a week. So let me know your asking project fee.
