Can anyone make this template? (Portal 2 gels)

I am willing to pay money for someone to make a template as similar as possible to the game TAG! The Power of Paint.

That is what the game acts like. Doesn't need to be 3D.

Thank you SO much. Art does NOT need to be included, nor sounds.

    That looks fairly 3d to me, and Gamesalad is a 2d engine. So I imagine you won't be able to achieve this in GS.

    As it looks to be pretty much a 3D platformer, you could re-create the game with GS but make it a 2D platformer with the same gameplay concepts. Kind of like going from a 3D Super Mario 64 back to a 2D Super Mario World.

    No. You are going to need to go back to the drawing board on this one. Come back with a fleshed out concept and you'll generate interest, at least from me.

    Or better yet, see if anyone is interested in this at the Unity boards, though be warn, if you don't have much of a budget to invest with don't bother. Their prices aren't exactly sweet.

    if you were to make this a side view game then I think it is possible but it won't be nearly as good

    You can better do this in a 3d game engine.
    (Unity3d or Shiva 3d).
