Game Center Leaderboards question.

I have just submitted a new game with versions for both iphone and ipad. I have the leaderboard working ok for the iphone version, but in iTunes connect I can't link the ipad version into the same leaderboard. Do I need to create a different leaderboard for the ipad version?
